- Service staff was extremely rude and the carpet in my room smelled soiled. My stay at the Hyatt Regency was less than memorable and I will stay somewhere else the next time I am in San Antonio

- I loved the service the staff was helpful. I was never lost with the directions they even suggested some of the hotteset places to eat. Overall I enjoyed my stay and can't wait to return.
- Worst Phone Service EVER from Hotel
- Called hotel directly to find out about their suites b/c we have special needs. I was transferred 9 times!!! and on hold for more minutes than I care to say I bothered waiting.
